Heath Evans: "The fact he's leaving tells AU fans a lot if they're willing to listen!"

My feelings as well. I hate DC left, but I'm not about to burn everything with an AU on it that I own.

That is all you need to know. That says it all.

that statement can mean so many things.
Why doesn't he speak out on behalf of his school?
I think many have noticed there is an issue in the AD office. It's obvious something isn't right at Gus' level. Speak up Heath...

I've heard rumors about D Craig leaving, but did anybody have any idea he would be going to LSU?

From what I've noticed, Heath never has much good to say about Auburn lately. He just likes to kick it when it's already down.

Yeah, I have noticed that as well, which is fine but then why not help push change if you feel there is something inherently wrong?

Legend Auburn QB headed to LSU. Oh well, coaching is different than being a player. Good luck selling that house at AU club.

This is a very true statement. It's time to start bringing in coaches that has a track record of developing players.

Bye, DC. Don't break bridges if you can't stand on your own two feet, motherfricker. Don't come back.

Every successful staff has a mix of recruiters and talent developers... Some can do both (like Ed Orgeron), but they're hard to find, and most get promoted to coordinators and/or head coaches.
Gus's staff had lost most of its recruiting fire power this offseason, and that sucks... hopefully we've upgraded in the development dept, but we'll see.

DC didnt burn any bridges. He looked recruits in the eye and lied to their face to bring them to Auburn. He could have neg recruited us like TT did before he left. I'm not pissed at dc.

How many coaches have we lost this offseason?

Said every recruiter ever. But he was an Auburn man. Not any more. He should never come back. We have enough problems. At the very least, negative recruiting against LSU should be easy now.

on offense... Craig and Grimes.
On defense... Everyone but Garner (WM, Trob, Thompson)

Trob proves my point... he just got a promotion to coordinator.
