My post isn't even really about Rochester. I don't even really watch that much film on prospects this early in the cycle as I don't really watch recruiting that much until December.

It just seems to me that everytime we start falling behind for a recruit that negative opinions about that recruit start flowing. I don't know if it's just a coincidence or an attempt to make our class better but it annoys me.

I'll pass. I'm over the pageantry that college recruiting has become. I follow it to get an idea of who we are recruiting, but I stay out of the day to day gossip for the most part. Closer to NSD, my interest picks up though.

I do like the condescending tone you use for people who follow recruiting...while posting in.... a recruiting thread. To each his own.

I follow this to hear the positive side.

When a kid commits to and/or signs with Auburn, that makes me happy.

The fact that a different kid decides NOT to go to Auburn? Sorry, my give-a-shite factor about that approaches zero.

But believe me, I remember when my life's passion and joy depended on those high school kids decisions. I was there, guilty as charged.

I just can't do it anymore. Auburn will be fine. Always have, always will.

I read it a couple of times and still trying to figure it out. If he was referring to the last few pages I get it, but if it was a response to your post I am at a loss.

Lance Thompson, and possibly Gus Malzahn, will be visiting Evangel Christian Academy in Montgomery tomorrow, FWIW.

I can't think of who he might be visiting off the top of my head. Any guesses?

What are the recruiting areas for the Auburn coaches?

I know Dameyune Craig is the Mobile, AL area, and I know a couple others. Could you make a list for me? TIA>.

I'm pretty sure it was just a reference to the last few pages. A lot of people just hit the reply button on the last post on the page

I will admit I read Twins and didn't finish reading the tweet. I thought what the hell does a MLB team have to do with Auburn recruiting.

Jonesy, IDGAF about what someone's opinion of my opinion is. If I did, this cluster frick of life's losers wouldn't make the cut.

I just offer my opinion, and bring whatever info I get to the board.

I don't know why, but your James is disturbed by me.

At no point did I say he was no good. He is soft, and if you had ever seen him play in person, you would agree. I am not a coach, I couldn't take the pay cut, but I do know the game.

Also, it's comical how some of you seem to feel the need run to the rescue anytime somebody disagrees or calls that goober E out. Get the sand out of your vag and open your eyes.
Y'all want the bitching to stop? The best way I know of doing that is for me to stop posting. I get dragged to the center of the bull shite often times when all I do most of the time is try to stay out of the crossfire. All I do is pass on info I see from AU reporters and occasionally a few nuggets i get from close to the program on the few times I am lucky enough to get such things. I don't think it's my place to provide opinion like meta & apparently a few others want me to do because 1. I'm not privy to the info the staff has or what they see or know. therefore 2. There's no way I can know more than the staff on what they are doing w/ recruiting and 3. I have opinions but I don't feel it's my place to express them because I don't want my opinions influencing others. I want people to make up their own minds for themselves. Meta obviously does that but he does so in a way that sometimes is very disrespectful to people he is replying to. When he does that to me I just shut down on reading his post replies to me & rarely reply to him because all the time, energy, & effort I have put into AU recruiting the past 6 years deserves much more respect than he gives me IMO. And nobody deserves to be spoken down the way meta does often times to no matter how bad their posts may be. When meta is just giving his straight up analysis he's often times brilliant & a worthwhile poster but given his posting style just being insightful alone appears too boring for him. Unless the bitching & senseless attacking of others stops or goes way down I will leave because that should greatly reduce the bitching & attacking. Besides AU & AU recruiting is much bigger than me anyway.Articles will get posted then brought over here by someone.
