That could be an awkward conversation.

what happend to the hard 25 rule? Or did i just completely understand it incorrectly?
The hard 25 is there. It just confused you like it did many recruiting fans and appearantly reporters also.
quote:

Just the rules in general on back counting..

Every FBS school can sign or enroll 25 new scholarship players each cycle. Counting in that 25 limit are all signed NLIs even if the player does not enroll and transfer students when they go on scholly. For example. Corey Grant walked on at AU as a RS Freshman transfer from Bama in 2011. He did not go on scholly at AU til the Fall of 2012 and at that point counted to the 2012 25 limit that had signed in February 2012.

If a school signs less than 25 in a cycle then they can sign whatever number needed to fill that 25 in the next cycle as long as the players used to fill the initial 25 are January enrollies. Therefore it is technically a hard 25. For example. You sign 22 players in cycle 1. In cycle 2 you can sign 28 provided 3 of them are January/midyear enrollies that would be able to count in cycle 1 to fill up the leftover spots. In the end the books would show 25 signees for cycle 1 and 25 signees for cycle 2.

Per Keith Louisville commit Sheldrick Redwine is one of AU's top CB targets. Based on his Scout spotlight video I'd say AU would fit him well. LINK

This could mean many things E. Based on the last few years in our secondary it could mean something bad.

So, are we posting info from this weekend in here or the Big Boom thread? It'd make it a lot less repetitive to have it all in one.

I agree, for letting his underling run roughshod over the board, and shutting down threads with impunity..

I feel like this is the perfect place to announce my running for President of the Auburn Sports Board. Elect Rig and have all your wishes come true!

Stuff will get in both but my intent was to use Big Boom for all things this weekend then let 25 take it on home from there with this thread.

Let the negative campaigning begin:

If you vote for Rig, you're voting for Obama. He's going to let all the outsiders in!

What the hell! If you negatively campaign against me at least make it true like this: "if Rig wins election Weagle25's days may or may not be numbered."
