We could have found a spot for him i'm sure. I had really high hopes for Moncreif but he's been average at best. Ruffin has played well and Stephen Robers. I'm sure Ronnie Clark would be right in the rotation with all those guys.

I agree with you on Ronnie Clark. He would have been right in the mix very likely. Moncrief has been solid, Rudy has just been better.

Ya but the marginal benefit would likely have been pretty small. Especially since UA's DB situation isn't great and he didn't get in the rotation /seem valuable enough to not switch positions.

While there may have been some benefit in the rotation, I doubt it would have been noticeable to people that aren't on the coaching staff.

Also, Roberts hasn't been half bad himself.

Sorry I'm late to the party on this line of thinking but it does look like John Burt is on flip watch. Just looked at his senior film and I'm excited about his potential. He can do a lot of things.

I though senior film was a snack for a recruiting forum.

We already have 2 good safeties in this class in Colbert and Tray. As long as Tray has righted the behavioral ship Ben is not needed.

Report from JHoke on Jovon Robinson isn't very promising.

JR is struggling a little bit this season. Rushed for 581yds 6TDs and has fumbled 4 times. Averaging just under 100 yds per game. Didn't play last week due to a rib injury. He's a little overweight. Currently at 235 when he was at 220 last year.

Scheduled to arrive in Auburn in December but has work to do in the classroom to be able to do that.

Had that really not been posted already? Either way, I still want JR and think he will be at the very least a solid back for us.

first time I've seen it. Roc getting playing time this year is going to make it tough on Robinson to get a major bulk of the workload next year.

The Keith jinx happened again. For the 4th time this season an AU commit has gotten hurt at a game Keith Niebuhr has attended. D'Anfernee McGriff hurt his right knee in the first quarter of the game tonight. He already had 62 yards rushing on 7 carries when he went out. He did not return. Team docs tested his knee and the tests were good. D'Anfernee will be fine.
