I'll be happy with .500 next year

Our guys are going to have to grow in the system and progress through it together to be effective. That will take some time and solid recruiting. I really think 2 years from now Auburn can be back in the tournament picture

If next year's team played this year's schedule (figure similar scheduling), I would think we could go 18-14 or so

Our OOC schedule we went 6-6, I think we could/should go 8-4 We should have won Hawaii/MTSU and do well against Harvard/OkieSt

Conference Schedule- I could see us going 9-9 with a tournament win or Harvard/OkiSt win

I can see that. I can also see our team bus getting into a freak accident hitting a hippo on the way to the airport before our 1st away game and putting our entire roster on the DL for the rest of the season.

It would leave Patrick Keim healthy and somehow get more eligibility for Bowers & Chubb. You know, to punish us with inconsistency and lack of talent

We really need to bring in some big guys. Next year as of now we only have Spencer, Reed, and Mclemore in terms of post players.

I noticed yesterday via verbalcommitts.com that we offered 6'6 juco SF Freddie Mcswain.

Not sure if this has been shared but it is being reported that when Reed returned to the team in January he was playing at a different level. Rebounding, blocking, and finishing around the rim effectively.

Coaches were asked what affect not having Purifoy this past season. They answered that he alone would have helped them finish in the middle of the SEC and even might have helped get a NCAA bid.

Maybe the entire stint of being charged and the subsequent jail time had a negative effect on him that took his mind out of the game. I'm glad to see he's back with the team. In October, I was skeptical he'd be back. He just needs to keep his head on straight and go to class.

Tell that to some of AU's fans. They're so concentrated on hating Jay Jacobs, they lose all sensibilities about the current crop of coaches.

McSwain is from Georgia, too...He'd be a great pickup. Look at that leaping ability

Looks like Shaq Johnson with a better jump shot. Him and Dunans would compliment each other really well I think.
