UT had corderelle Patterson running reverses and KO returns... if he's as talented as everyone says, you're damn right we'll do whatever it takes to get him the ball.
Terrell Zachary was a big time deep threat in 09 and 10, but Malzahn would use him in the running game with regularity.

I don't know why folks find it hard to believe he isn't a take for LSU. They are in dire need for 3/4 year guys at this point. Numbers force your hand sometimes.

In recruiting, a lot can change over the course of a month. It could be they are just keeping their options open in case their other targets fall through. Nobody really knows, so it's not worth arguing over. I just won't argue in certainties on things I can't prove.

The thing is you know me and my posts are about 95% for fun. I have stated my appreciation for the info you gather and bring here.
However, on the 5% I may disagree with you and state my opinion, you are just going to have to DWI. You didn't share the info as if it came from other sources by the way. You said he needs a committable offer in your own words. How the hell is anyone supposed to know you are sharing recruiting site info?

DQ is just assuming LSU is going to have a good QB next year and a good offense. We probably aren't going to pass much until NM is gone but he isn't going to be a star without much offense to help him out. LSU is losing most of theirs.
If LSU doesn't have a good QB then he is just as likely to be as good if not better at Auburn. If he makes the plays Gus will get him the ball. I don't think he is going to get to the NFL next year from either offense but the year after with SW or JJ at QB we will likely pass more and he will have as much as chance to make plays as he would at LSU.
His comments make it sound like he wants to go to LSU but trying to justify going to Auburn if LSU doesn't take him.

Sammie has caught 50% of his targets this year. I can't tell you how many times I've cussed the TV out when he has dropped the ball this year.
For those who do not know. A pass thrown to a receiver is only considered a target if it is deemed catchable.

All that matters is DW's perception of things. He doesn't see any AU WR with or close to 1000 yds. His focus is getting to the NFL and wants to be noticed. All he can go on is what we do each week, and it bothers him.
Landry and Beckham have gotten a lot of attention and are both considered NFL talent. That is all that matters to this kid. DC and Gus can try and sell it, but basing it on this year he is worried.
