Per AUC Steven Roberts will be at the Auburn game this Saturday. Still waiting to hear if he will be going to the Bama game earlier that day.

I'm realizing our defensive tackles are more to blame than Holland for the gut runs.

The DT's definitely deserve some blame, but Holland's ability to wait for the playtime come to him and not step up and fill his gap or overrun his gap is unbelievable.

I definitely agree. While the DTs have set the LB up to get blocked, the problem I have is where Jake Holland is getting blocked.

If we assume Jake Holland gets knocked on his arse every play (which isn't too far from the truth), if he gets in the hole and gets knocked on his arse, he still is creating a clusterfrick in the designed gap to run through and requires the run to bounce somewhere else.

Jake Holland however never gets to the hole and waits to be blocked 3-5 yards past the LOS.

Yes, the DTs should do a better job of protecting the LBs and have better gap control. Doesn't change the fact that Jake Holland, even if he gets pancaked every play, could do more than he is doing if eh just positions himself where he is supposed to be

This. The dude is NEVER attacking the line of scrimmage. He should have been hitting Copeland in the hole at the line vs LSU. He never did that. Frost did.

Top 3 with Ole Miss and Clemson. It has not been said by any recruiting sites yet but I expect him in Auburn on Saturday.

all recruits should try to get to Auburn on friday night and stay for the game as well (obviously). With Ludacris and mike Epps coming for the basketball midnight madness type of deal, that'd be awesome to be there for.

That's not a good nickname for a JUCO player

No but it's not a shock. I barely consider him committed. He seems pretty open to me. He's going wherever he has the best chance to get to the NFL in a year.

Considering the turmoil USCw is in, I wouldn't see them as an option.

Well you'd think he would go to a place with a proven QB. So LSU could be out of the picture. But FSU looks like a threat.

Agree FSU is having a good season and what we wouldn't want to catch passes from Winston. DQ is gonna be hard to hold on to

Which is how you should feel. He's not very solid, at all. That's per someone who would know.

I'm not sweating it really.. He might be a homerun threat, but he doesn't block, is careless with the ball, and will be gone after a year. I think Tony Stevens will fill the go to spot next year.
