And he did an incredible job. Snyder had the program fricked beyond belief and MA really did do a good job righting the ship. I remember in 07-08 he suspended 5 players all at the same time for off court shite. We literally were playing walkons and even then I think we only had 1, maybe 2, guys sitting on the bench. Guy doesn't frick around.

Got to give him time IMO. His system is significantly different than what most run and you just can't run it without a certain type of player. The inherited players are just now filtering out of the system. I know the rough years are tough to get through but personally I'd give him this year and next to see what he does. He's just now getting to use guys he recruited that specifically fit his style. Just my two cents as an outsider.

Ironically, I'm more patient with the basketball team than the football team. It should be the opposite, but being the basketball enthusiast that I am, I notice the small improvements. The team isn't getting worse. The recruits are getting better. MA is the man for the job, he just has to completely rid the roster of Pel's trash before he can fully utilize his system. His style requires a deep bench full of players built for the system. Give him time.
