Ragnow's comment is the one that makes me think it is something bigger. Perhaps they learned of Pittman possibly leaving yesterday and it was confirmed tonight.
Coach B did say in his presser earlier this week, when talking about UGA contacting Enos, that multiple of our assistants had been contacted about other jobs. It's safe to assume Pittman was one of them.

Well apparently Pittman doesn't have a non compete, just a 250K buyout with UofA if he leaves for anything other than a head coaching gig.
Well, definitely not a head coach job, the players would be ecstatic and happy for him if that were the case.
Some still speculating Georgia, also seen Miami with Richt but idk.

Man I hate going to bed knowing I'm going to wake up to bad news tomorrow. Hopefully it's nothing too crazy and just some minor player drama that will blow over.

Texas got their guy last night. That OC from Tulsa ended up taking the job after the Charlie Strong AND the UT president flew up there to talk to him. That's right, UT pres and HC had to fly to freaking Tulsa to convince their OC to change his mind on taking the OC job.
