That's River Plantation on the river in Mayflower, some nice homes there.
All the semis on their side I was guessing where they park along I 40 near Mayflower.

State Police have said Mayflower may be "completely gone".
Also Vilonia has been declared a " mass casualty situation" and requested 14 ambulances. 3 major gas leaks in Vilonia too.
