Just wanted to congratulate Mike on getting more wins this year than the football team. I realize I'm a little late with the post but he's officially made it to the over side of my season predictions. With that said recruiting better pick up or were fricked

They're good on this class full of JUCO guys, that's usually not a good sign however.
Mike fricked up by letting Payton Willis go to Vandy. That one will hurt more in the long run than losing out on Monk.

Yeah while these are probably good players I don't like that the whole class is basically filled with JUCOs. It seems like a bold move, will either save his arse from getting fired or be the cause of it.

We should have been able to keep both. It tells me the staff isn't doing a good job on the recruiting trail identifying prospects or making connections with them. We need a new staff for mike at the bare minimum but i don't think he'll be interested in that.

We have the #1, #3 and #4 JUCOs in the country already signed. Why exactly do you think that's a bad thing?
Barford and Macon are the #1 players in the country at their respective positions. Cook is the #2 PF.

Well it seems to me that it's out of character for MA to pick up so many JUCOs I could be wrong but we will see. Hopefully it bails us out of trouble and we pick up some solid replacements for those kids when they bounce in 1-2 years.

Wouldn't you say the same thing if these guys were in high school? If a player is any good they leave in one or two years anyway.
It seems you're holding the JUCO thing against these players, as if it would be better if Mike was only recruiting high school seniors instead.

Doesn't necessarily matter to me that they are jucos just doesn't seem like those are typically the guys mike goes after. Which tells me something isn't going according to plan.
