There are several good teams that are having/had trouble with their "inferior" opponents.

Quit being such punk arse bitches.

We'll see how we are in three weeks. If we are sitting 2-2, then we have issues.

Thanks to the positive fellas.

The start to a season Bert has had was 3-0.

We finished 0-9.

So....

Go call Drive Time and pump the sunshine ...this is a fan board...it's not a very positive place most of the time.

A lot of people have been overreacting, but that's been the case around here since Petrino fell off his bike. Like CtotheV said yesterday I'm comfortably numb. I didn't buy into the hype so I'm not losing my shite at the moment.

It is time for Bielema to put up or shut up though. I want to believe he can be successful here, but this is year 4 and it looks like we're coming out of the gate slowly again. I'm not listening to the excuse that we are replacing a lot of people. He's had 4 years of recruiting.

No sunshine pumping. We looked ok to me.

La Tach isn't a patsy.

We have a lot of work to do on the O-Line and our D is probably overhyped....but we'll see a lot next week.

Those that think they are qualified to trash the program or any player are comical...but toxic. I wish Arkansas fans actually supported the team. We have more going right than we've had in years. Shut the hell up, buy a ticket and go make some noise.

It's really as simple as this:

- Tech came to play and punched above their weight. They're an upper tier mid-major program lately, as evidenced by the fact they've won 9 games in 3 of the last 4 seasons and look to do it again.

- We looked like warm shite in some areas (pass pro, middle of the field on defense, secondary, KO coverage) and still managed to come from behind and take the lead late, get a huge stop on defense against an offense that was having a ton of success against us, and then convert on a game-hinging 4th and short run to run out the clock.

I agree that Bielema's slow starts are getting extremely tiresome, but we'd have lost this game in 2014 or 2015 (when we did). Any other first year QB in his first start doesn't come back from throwing 2 interceptions, and he sure as hell doesn't make that 4th and goal pass to Sprinkle under pressure.

We've got a hell of a lot of work to do in pass blocking, stretching the field with the PA deep ball to open the run, covering the middle of the field on quick slants, and tightening up coverage in general, but I'm heartened by the fact that this team has shown resiliency because I wrote yesterday's game off as a loss late in the 4th quarter.

We could go into Fort Worth next weekend and get curb stomped, or we could go in and win. Honestly, neither potential outcome would shock me in the least. There's the very real chance that TCU overlooked SDSU in anticipation of us coming to town, and there's also the distinct possibility that they're not very good this season. We'll see.

Yep, can't even sell out the stadium for 1st game of the season and a tribute to Lou Holtz

Guess the weather was bad up there

Lou Holtz is to Arkansas what Nick Saban is to LSU. I wish I would have went to the game but it's not because of Sylvester. That may be ignorant but I'm young enough that Lou Holtz is fighting irish. I know he coached us and left.

There is reason to be upset/concerned. But I agree there was a massive over reaction to that game.

I saw a bunch of miscues that can be cleaned up. Hopefully the coaches will get it hammered into their heads this week.
