Anderson needs to get some real coaches with real connections on the bench with him.
He's treating this school and state like a personal social club for his buddies and nephews to prance around in.
At least Nolan got people that could recruit and coach other than Notes.

The bad thing is that that $15.4M buyout number runs all the way through 2017. So, not only is he too expensive to unload if the wheels absolutely come off this season (e.g. 0-8), it's still almost prohibitively expensive for another 2 years after that.
I know it's become pretty much accepted that he'll be here next year regardless (and I agree that's likely the case), but Long and the PTB will have some extremely difficult decisions to make if we have another 0-8 type of season. Posting 2 (worst case) to 5 (arguably best case) conference wins in 3 years is unacceptable, and borders on Charlie Weis at Kansas type performance.
