Least amount of Points all year for Alabama.

The line is -16 for Alabama. I believe Alabama wins this game, but Alabama wins by 13 or less. I believe this will be close til about the middle 3rd Quarter when Alabama pulls away. I also think this could be the lowest amount of points alabama has scored up to this point. Please don't injure any more players.

That is all.

27-14 Bama

Cool. Defense is now starting to show what it was supposed to be preseason. We are 2-4

probably thier lowest amount of rush yards all year as well. our rush defense will always be good with CBB. I just want to say I still believe in running the football and stopping the run. if you can do both you have a good chance to not be one deminsional on offense and can make other teams one dimensional. it is a winning formula. I think alot of these haters will have quieted down once we start winning some games. Ole Miss is the only game left on the schedule that I have a real fear because they have a WR that can make our secondary look stupid, but if our pass rush keeps coming along that might change. I do not think LSU can just give it to LF over and over and beat us. I have not seen enough of Miss state to have an opinion but I know they aren't the same team as last year. it's at home so I feel good about them. also fuq Mizzou they suck.

Easily their worst rushing game of the year. We held them to 2.9 YPC which is just crazy. If we had any semblance of an offense tonight then we would have won. This game was one of the times this year where we clearly missed JWill and Hatcher. Both of those two played with the physicality that we needed in a game like this.

Absolutely. Everyone underestimates how much Hatcher really does in a game, and it's not even close to just typical WR duties. He usually seals off any kind of defensive run support from his side of the formation out to the sideline by throwing some impressive blocks, will run to the opposite side of the field to lead the way for a runner, or will even jump in and help the o-line. Dude is everywhere and loves to play extremely physical, which is the opposite attitude of most WRs.

Obviously we could've used Williams' ability to churn his legs and move the pile tonight. He can gain yards when the defense is only giving inches like tonight. AC's running style is good against most Ds, just not HUGE fronts like Bama's. That being said, their front 7 is possibly the best in the nation, and it's hardly even close.

Hatcher was a great blocker, and he helped on the backside.

where jwill would have helped was where there was room to get 3-4 yards it was just in an open running lane with a LB coming downhill in it.(I know that's not open but I mean there was a hole to get yards hut the RB was gonna get popped) Jwill would have hit that hole and done his best to punish that LB. over time that would have worn then down and got us yarda. AC was running into our line all night looking for the breakaway yards.

He danced too.

I understand being patient but you have to take what yards you can get.

he always dances. drives me crazy. I prefer Jwill's style of going full jon ham melt hard from the hand-off to where the hole should be instead of studder stepping to make sure the hole is there.

I think bama was easily our worst matchup and think we have a shot at 7-5 and a bowl game the way our defense is playing.

O-line needs to start earning their pre-season hype though.

And we need either Hatcher or Cornelius to come back to give some semblance of a college level receiving threat.

I would prefer Cornelius if Hatcher can get a medical.

I'm starting to think our O-line might be the biggest weakness on the team.

When your bread and butter is supposed to running the football and owning the LOS, and you have the biggest line in football (which doesn't mean shite), your backs shouldn't be having to break tacked behind the line and consistently having to make their own yards. I'd be interested to see just how many of Collins's and Williams's yards have come after contact. I'm guessing it's ridiculously high.

I know most will counter that our linebackers are our weakness, but they're at least stepping up big in run support, since we've held Hurd and Henry decently in check in consecutive weeks on the road.

I said before the season that our o line was over hyped. the problem is that we aren't deep enough to rotate guys to keep guys fresh. they have really stepped up big time in pass pro.

Adam McFain, Cole Hedlund, and our entire special teams unit says hello.

Except, instead of sounding like "hello" it sounds like a big garbled mess because half of them only said half of it, some only got 3 quarters of the way there, some were blocked from saying it, and the punters came up 2 feet short.

How many OL does Bama or Ohio State play in a game that's close? Was Bama rotating OL?

I'm less inclined to believe we're not deep enough (considering the OL strategies of our counterparts) and more inclined to think we're just not talented enough there.
