I've seen comments about blaming the loss on playing in LR. This may be the dumbest thought process ever. If this was the case we would be in a dogfight every time we played anywhere away from fay

Except we shouldn't have to "struggle" like it's an "away" game when it takes up a home game slot on our schedule. That's the whole point.

WMS was great until the mid 90's. Now its just a death trap filled mainly with drunk t-shirt fans who have no clue how the game of football works.
I cut my teeth on Razorback football in WMS, but I am all for pulling every game from that dump. We aren't the University we once were who only has Warren Stephens to keep us afloat.

Little Rock nor the stadium had a fricking thing to do with the loss. This team would have lost it in Fayetteville as well.

What did have something to do with it is the fact that we have a coach who obviously detests playing there and cannot get his team up for these games.
It probably doesn't help our team's view of playing in LR when the coach is blasting it on state radio.

He talked about how the players enjoyed playing there, how is that 'blasting' it?
If he can't get a team up for a game, no matter where, he needs to find a new line of work.
To tell you the truth, if this is the kind of embarrassing shite they are going to bring to Central Arkansas, maybe they need to stay in the far corner of the state.

I'm very biased when it comes to this. I was born and raised in Little Rock. Saw my first Razorback game at War Memorial. Some of my best memories with my family are from War Memorial games. I hope they always keep 1 game there.

I don't think you understand that we're in agreement.
And he was extremely open going into 2013 about disliking having to play home games in Little Rock, and talked about how presented logistical obstacles and all that. He rustled a few jimmies.

We didn't "struggle" like its an "away" game from 1998-2011. I understand the financial issue of moving the games. But WMS didn't lose this game. The fact is that it's now been 4 games under Bielema where we have looked like dog shite at WMS. He has been pretty public about his feelings towards Little Rock and it has showed with their performances.

On the bright side we have five more games to play this season at Fayetteville. Since we have already won one game there, with those five upcoming victories at Fayetteville, we will at least be bowl eligible as we were last year; hence, no decline even if we were to lose each and every one of our away games. The worst is behind us now, the best of the season is yet to come and we all have something to look forward to.
You see, there is a silver lining in every cloud.
