Let’s say Pittman steps down, who’s his replacement?

Someone mentioned on the the rant that there have been whispers of one or two unexpected SEC coaches stepping down after this season. It was said a day or two ago. With Leach’s health issues, it’s looking probable it could be him. But now Pittman stepping down isn’t out of the realm of possibility.

Freeze and Perino wishes the rest of the world values them as much as razorback sports boards do.

You think the guy that just hired Jimmy Sexton is going to step down?

He did his equivalent of club W with the bowling ball after being 6-5.

We would tempt Jackson State's coach with luxurious amenities like fresh running water and not getting his office broken into.

That's one sexy chick. Not sure if I like her or Emily Compagno better. Probably Dana.

Longshots
Rhule - looks like he’s about to be Nebraska bound
Fickell - can do better, likely waiting out Michigan or OSU
Freeze - doubt Yurachek touches him
Aranda - doubt he comes

Pretty good
Chadwell
Brohm
Jeff Traylor

Go no lower than
Kingsbury

Would absolutely hate it but could potentially be talked into it
Gus
Prime

What’s the positives and negatives if we were to hire Prime?

Positives would be recruiting.

Negative would be paying Auburn his buyout.

He would recruit like no one else but he is very arrogant and it could cause problems with the team.

Pros
Recruiting
Brand/Name recognition
Has won at JSU (yes I understand it’s not a high level)

Cons
Very little HC experience
Zero FBS/P5 coaching experience
Zero SEC experience whatsoever
Would be another CEO coach
Probably would have difficulty hiring coordinators (big assumption on my part)
No schematic identity
Might not be totally committed (has his hands in a lot of other things like commercials, TV gigs, charities, etc)

frick it. Prime Time. Can you imagine him and Muss on campus at the same time?

Pittman goes or we relive 10 years of this shite. He stays, I'm done...for real this time. Like the Chaggy years, I watched about two games and knew. So much more I can do with my time. They need to quit wasting money on football or get fricking serious.

Sam isn't getting fired. IF he was though, I would def want primetime. It seems possible as he was on Hunters radar last time around.

If you got nothing to lose and Arkansas doesn't then go for prime and I can certainly warm up to it.

Prime would bring the recruiting chops of a Mussleman

And his energy would rub off on the team, as we’ve seen Pittman’s energy rub off on guys
