Why is Rocker available?

Plenty of teams were looking for a dline coach this offseason.

I thought he was trying to stick in the NFL because he hates recruiting anyway?

We didn't hire this guy to call install the 3-4.

He simply is just here to teach technique, help players learn the new scheme, and recruit.

Until he proves otherwise, I'm gving him the benefit of the doubt that he will do good at developing players.

It's a wait and see hire. It's a position coach guys. He doesn't call plays. All he does is motivate teach technique and recruit. 2/3 would be a major upgrade from 0/3

Sucked at recruiting for UGA and rumored to have gotten into a fight with a 5* recruits mom.

Judging by the Georgia board - where I'm assuming you got that - they're pissed he's leaving.

I'd take him in a heartbeat. He did a pretty good job during his stint here.

I just saw t being talked about on Twitter. I'm shocked he left personally. I would have taken him back here in a heartbeat too but you know we don't catch those breaks.

Tech fans seemed sad to see him go when he resigned, I think he could work out.

You got your story mixed up.

Matt Wallerstedt was fired/resigned at Tech as DC during the season because of being under the influence on campus in the football building.

LINK

John Scott Jr. was a hire of new DC Wallerstedt so when all that went down it was obvious he wasn't staying around after the season.

LINK

Bowles hired him as quality control
