Honestly I'm starting to lose faith any coach is going to come in here and succeed consistently.
I'm not exactly an eternal optimist when it comes to Razorback football, but we're better than that.
Houston Nutt averaged 7.5 wins a year here and won 9+ games 4 times, and he sucked and was a petty douchebag who let personal squabbles impede our ability to win games.
Bielema can't hack it in the SEC and needs to go, but I'd also say that he's also had to make due with arguably the worst in-state talent pool with respect to Arkansas high school football in 25 years. We just haven't been producing difference makers like Darren McFadden Shawn Andrews, Matt Jones and Jamal Anderson in the last several years.

Congrats on being surprised.
This team fricking sucks.
100% get our asses beat by A&M like I said all along.
What a joke.

They're out there. We just have to find them. And them you still have to coach them up and condition them for SEC play. Agim is a physical freak. No reason Bijohn Jackson shouldn't be wrecking shite. And not to mention the many we've lost or never recruited. We have to get every kid we can instate. I think too often the coaches have a preconceived notion that out of state players are some how inherently better. bullshite. At least not the ones we sign. Get kids that eat, live and shite razorback football. Get kids that it means something to them to be a hog. Ones that feel the hair stand up on the back of their neck and get goosebumps at the sound of the fight song or the calling of the hogs. Those guys are always underrated and always over perform.

Agim should be wreaking shite but he looks slow out there. This is the same guy who worked over every top oline recruit in the country at the opening in high school. We have the players Bert just sucks at developing them.

I definitely think that's part of it. Sounds cliche, but you've got to have some state pride on your roster. Guys like DMac, Hillis, and Mallett fricking loved being Razorbacks and grew up wanting to play for the UofA. That type of state pride doesn't let games like Toledo, Mizzou and the Belk Bowl happen, and it sure as hell doesn't allow us to blow game after game to A&M.

For me its that the same things that have plagued us throughout his tenure are still here in year 5. Our FG kicking is still shite. We still start the season looking completely lifeless. If offense is good then the defense will stink on ice and vice versa. If a coordinator looks great in their first season they will look worse in their second and even worse in their third.
Its year 5. There will not be a magical change I'm pretty sure. We know what we are going to get with Bert and that is that. Send him back to the Big 10 where I am sure he will do fine, or let him be broadcaster where he will probably make a killing.

Enos hasnt caught near enough flak, and he's approaching Robb Smith territory with that great-okay-bad trend.
He should bear some of the criticism for the second half collapses last year. Yesterday was the 3rd straight game against a P5 opponent in which we scored ZERO points in the second half.

Which is a concern long term with this staff. Enos didn't suddenly forget how to call plays in his second season and experience an even greater memory loss going into his third year here.
I think its the curse of complacency. Bert is lazy 95% of the time. His coaches come in full of fire to prove themselves, then relax, and then get lazy themselves.
