Just another fan that got priced out of season tickets by the UofA. Finally after 40 years he's had enough.
Now some corporate cuck will grab those premium seats and show up to about 30% of the games.

Maybe the radio guys jumped the gun last weekend. DVH could have been stretching Wood out for a possible start come postseason time.

Wood seems to take a couple of batters to settle in. He might be better as a starter then coming in during high leverage situations.

I don’t think they were too off base.
Judging from his demeanor in his presser and how he answered the question, I think DVH seriously considered a shakeup in the rotation this weekend.
He said “after yesterday’s workout, we’re going to stick with the same rotation” and gave a bit of a knowing smile, and added something that how he hopes Molina has a bounce back this week. The way he talked about both Molina and Wood, it sounded like Molina will be on a short leash and we could see Wood in middle/long relief.

Yeah Diggs' shoulder issue is not great. I think the goal now is to try and do whatever to get him ready for postseason. Several games off.

I like Holt leading off because he’s so high energy but he does swing at the first pitch a ton.

Nah I think Gage was barking just to bark. That kid has a few screws loose when he gets fired up and placed into these high leverage moments
