Mike needs an ace recruiter on his staff badly. The loyalty to Watkins, Zim and TJ is noble but in hoops you stay consistent and win with elite talent. Only 13 scholarships available so you can't take too many projects or otherwise the program will make the tourney one year and miss the next year or 2 and so on while developing players.
I would be okay with any of the three assistants moving on to open up a spot.
