@Mary_Dunleavy: Per KeVaughn Allen's Family: He has asked for a release from Florida...Florida wants Allen to wait until they hire a new head coach. @THV11

For real, especially for a Bama hoops fan of all the bad programs in the conference that will never come close to us.

Don't know if we call "mulligan!" and get K. Allen on our second attempt graciously granted by the basketball gods, but his relatives/spokesman made it very clear on radio that he initially chose Florida....... and the deciding factor from this in-state talent is that he always liked the Hogs but went with Florida because of his perception that the coaching staff at Florida would better equip him for the NBA than the coaching staff at Arkansas.
you're not going to hear that excuse from in-state talent in football, even though CBB doesn't have a national championship yet.
frick your bullshite Dale.
You're as knowledgeable as any poster on here, but you're biased.

For sure, he went to UF for Donovan...about it. And it's hard to blame him for that.
Fast forward to now, Donovan is gone and Anderson just sent 2 guys to the NBA this year.
He's meeting with their new coach White next week I believe I read, he may be sweet talked into sticking with UF in the end...but idk, a relative unknown "up and coming" coach isn't what he is looking for from anything we've read about him, he wants to get to the next level and wants a coach that can get him there and has done it before.
I also read that if/when he officially gets his release from UF, Kentucky and Kansas have already made it known they will be on him.

LOL at the hypocrisy.
So his street agent speaks for him on the radio and you gobble it up, because he says what you want to hear.
And I'm the biased one? Lol.
Hunter Mickelson's dad said Anderson and staff were holding him back and keeping him from the NBA, will he be drafted higher than Portis after two years with Self?
Allen isn't wanted, isn't good enough to out weigh the bad, its that simple.
I'm sure you were upset when Archie destroyed UK's team chemistry and locker room thinking the whole time it should have been Arkansas'.

Dale, where's the evidence of this 'bad' you keep talking about? Show us something to back that up other than hearsay, something we can see and believe.
