Hell no I didn't read 9 pages of a dumb thread. Anyone with half a brain knew that Kiffin wasn't going to make a lateral move to LSU. Keep on keepin on, though.

Exactly so you absolutely just proved you lack any credibility in what you're saying. The situation is fluid and changed many times. Obviously he wasn't going to LSU if he got a HC job which, I made clear when it came up. So keep on being an a-hole and only seeing what you want to see.

I guess this is over your head, but there is a pretty large difference between fact and rumor. Yeah, everyone loves the rumor mill and more often than not they end up being true. But passing rumor as "fact" is something you seem to enjoy a tad too much.

I've shared with you guys before I have a buddy who is an agent to coaches. He's the one who told me about Tee Martin being a candidate. Just said that he's heard Tee's name twice in recent days connected to Bama's expected OC opening.
Tee is very well respected. His son was committed to USC, but ultimately went to Clemson. If he'd have stayed with his USC commitment then I think it would be hard to pull Tee out of there. At this point, I don't care what he's saying about "roots" (that's a negotiation ploy to imply that he doesn't "want" to leave USC and it will take real $$). He'd come to Bama if offered the job.

Dude, I recall multiple reports in the media of that being a possibility not long after reading Boz's post, so it doesn't appear to be made up...
As for lateral moves, Nuss, Thompson (twice), Steele, Davis, and Applewhite all made lateral moves while they were coaching at Bama under Saban...
