Nah, you got banned and then somehow convinced the host of the site to make you a moderator when you managed to come back. All of which set up old Woolly's downfall.

Shouldn't you be tending patients

Listening to some patient go on and on and on right now. I just nod every now and then, throw in a "hmmm, interesting."

It wasn't cool bro. Had to pitch a refugee tent up over at Rolltidebama for a spell. For that, you should burn in hell.

I didn't want to start a new thread. Paul Finebaum (who doesn't know shite about football but does peddle in rumors and information) is suggesting that people close to the program say the Saban/Kiffin thing has "run its course."

Why would that be? Any inside info? I was always under the impression that Applewhite and Nuss were encouraged to move on (or else) . . but why would Kiffin be in that spot? Personality conflict?

I can't think of any other reason for him to consider a LATERAL move to a dumpster fire at LSU.

What gives?

Maybe different opinions about running the offense. Maybe Saban isn't happy with his interests off the field, or even that he has much of a life off the field.

Kiffin isn't the typical assistant coach. The media treats him like a damn rock star and he probably has a huge ego. From his perspective, he probably doesn't really dig being railed at on the field in front of his players, the crowd, and national tv audience.

So not the fault, if it can even be considered fault, of one or the other, but both. Finally, though, it's St. Nick Saban's team and he can run it any way he wants to, and if any coach doesn't like that way, he's free to go elsewhere.

All that said, I wouldn't be totally surprised if he's here next year, waiting for another round of coaching jobs. He's said he'd like to return if Saban wants that.

I've got no idea how the OC situation will play out but I wouldn't read much at all into anything coming out of Finebaum's mouth. He was saying virtually the same thing this time last year. He's like the idiots on tRant. He just makes the same prediction every season hoping this is the year it will happen and make him look smart.
