The fact that you guys are ok with losing to Tennessee proves we are officially a bandwagon fanbase. It’s never fricking ok to lose against Tennessee. I Don’t give a shite if we are still in contention for any championship with a loss to Tennessee. It ruins everything if we take an L Saturday.

Sounds like he is playing. But now the question becomes is how much will he be able to practice and how effective will he be?

If we were to lose to Tennessee, but then win the rest of our games and an NC, then I could get over a Tennessee loss eventually.

Agreed. It’s not like I’m “ok” losing to Tennessee if it happens (especially to break a 15 year streak), but if the season ends with a championship I will care very, very little about the Tennessee result. I care 0 percent that we lost to Auburn in 2017 for example, when I think back on that season it takes me a second to even remember who the loss was against because a national title makes them all irrelevant.

Nick gonna shake some trees this week looking for folks that really want to wear that red jersey.

No one on the team or coaching staff gives a shite about that. Everyone is focused on what’s best for themselves.

Well said.

The pressure to beat UT this week isn't like every year in the last 15. A loss to a top 10 sec east team isn't going to sink our season.

He is playing. I said it earlier and I say again.

I knew he would play vs Tennessee when Saban was giving his on-field postgame interview and he smirked and said "Maybe we'll have our QB next week"

He's known the whole time that the plan was to hold him out for A&M and then bring him back for Tennessee. That's why he was so pleased after that win.
