Apparently the property was for sell and someone purchased it. Not sure why you're bent out of shape about it. That's business.

It's a nice shop and I've bought several items from em, but I don't care if it has to move to another location.

What's weird about not wanting to be around people that annoy you? Drunk ones at that. I'm sure a majority of the Innisfree regulars feel the same way about the Egan's regulars.

Me, I liked both of them when I was at Bama in the 90's. I was a chameleon though and could adapt myself to the douchey frat scene or the artsy, hipster scene. I liked both scenes, but both had their level of snobbery.

I'd rather go to Egan's than any of the "greek" bars.

Hey look two more people that are out of school and still can't move on. Seriously how can you still give a shite about any of that stuff anymore?

I graduated in 2006, so I'm sure you can guess my age. I don't get back to Tuscaloosa often, but when I do I often visit both Egan's and Innisfree. I wasn't a patron of either while in school. More of a Cheap Shots, old Houndstooth, and Filling Station regular then.

Still can't move on? I'm just talking about the type of bar I prefer. I don't want to go to the Mansion in Montgomery just like I don't want to go to Gallettes in Tuscaloosa.

I just like rustling jimmies. I was in a fraternity during my tenure at Bama, but left when I transferred. I prefer beer, blow, and ribs at the picnic tables outside Archibald's.

I like a place like Wilhagans. Never crowded, great beer selection, plenty of pool tables and dart boards, great place to just sit back and relax.

I've never heard of the Mansion, and I'm from Montgomery.

I think that's what it's called. It's one of those black clubs.

I see commercials and fliers for it all the time.
