I love the Tide, but Marshall would be crazy to come to Alabama over Texas.
That said, if we land him I expect the entire program to do a 180. People will be pumped.

Meh. That depends. A lot of considerations go into taking a job. One place might have a little more prestige, but you find out your boss there would be a fricknut meddler. Another place might offer you more money, have people you like, and give you all the tools to maximize your potential. If you're a confident, prospective employee, you trust your own abilities more than the name of a company.
Also, I think Bama, and the entire SEC is really selling their potential as a basketball powerhouse due to the SEC Network.
