What a difference will it be to see this kind of energy on the sideline?

He should help recruiting in New Orleans. He played on some GREAT St Aug teams.

He might have to ADJUST that part of his coaching style...

He can recruit texas and New Orleans. We will need someone for Atlanta. Also don't forget Juco. Wouldn't mind the occasional Midwest gym rat.

Considering he's known nationwide, he'll probably have decent luck wherever he tries. But obviously, having a good staff will expedite recruiting success.

Yep. I can't remneber if I've posted this here or not, but I think he has to have at least one of Pettway or Pearson
Posted on 4/5/15 at 12:48 pm to Bryant91092
The rumor is we are trying to retain Pett and Pearson to ease the recruiting transition.

@bomani_jones: still not sure what i think about avery as college coach. i can see his personality working a lot better with the unpaid, though.

If Pearson doesn't get a head coaching job, I'd love to have him.

I've also heard Roy Rogers as a name being thrown around too.

I think Roy Rogers would be huge.

I wouldn't mind one guy from the NBA as an assistant but I really do hope at least two as well as the director of operations have college experience.
