Not a good run. RT @AaronSuttles: Cyrus Kouandjio ran his first 40 in 5.56 with a 10-yard split of 1.79.

Mike Mayock on Kouandjio: We say we don't care about the 40, but he ran a slow 10 and a really slow 40 for a first-round pick. Red flag

I really thought he would run well. Surprising.

Kouandjio was just overrated, I think.

Yeah, me too. Perhaps this explains it?

To be honest, I'm a little surprised at how Cyrus Kouandjio looks physically. Was in better shape while at Alabama.

Come on, CyKo. All you had to do this past month and a half is train for the combine. You had one job.

I wonder what his deal is. Was he just not that great in 2012, but his flaws were masked by having Warmack next to him? Or did he just mail it in this year? Or was it coaching?

I don't remember him getting beat in '12. Don't know what's happened to/with him. Also remember Mayock commenting at last year's combine that while evaluating film on Chance, BJ, and Fluke that the LT (Cyrus) stood out and he expected him to be a high draft pick in '14

He's an athletic kid. Ran hurdles in high school. If only he took better angles.

There have been some twitter posts about CyKo looking like he gained some bad weight since his time at Bama. has he been doing these past six weeks?

Looks like Cyrus ran a 5.59 official which is slowest amongst the OL who ran

he's gonna need to run it again at a pro day. That's pitiful. It's like he's trying to drop out of the first round

I don't get that at all. Very, very odd. I feel like this is a bad omen and Mosley/HaHa are gonna end up having bad combines. I hope not.

very disappointing. He might fall into the 2nd round. Still a talent, but he seems out of shape. Someone may get a steal but he is losing a ton of money

CyKo just doesn't have the work ethic to be successful at the next level. The latter part of the year he was absolutely awful too.....He got ABUSED in the Oklahoma game.

Entitled? I read that CK was a big Dragonball Z fan. Maybe he spent too much time watching and not working out. He definitely changed from 2012 to 2013 it seems like.

I know it will get blown out proportion but hear me out. We not only out recruit everyone but we also win a ton of games on the field. But other than Julio it seems our guys have a trend of looking bad at the combine and in the NFL in general. After 3/4 seasons it is definitely a trend now, not just a coincidence ie someone is hurt/in the wrong system etc.

What is Saban doing that is making these guys look so bad at the Combine?
