Not sure if that is a pun on the current political landscape or not but would work.

Either case I agree I am not sure about some of our posters out there right now. They seem to be sniffing glue a lot lately prior to their posting. Heaven forbid this place if we tank the season.

Listen man, on one hand, I agree with you. It seems to me that a lead blocker/fullback of some sort could help Henry.

On the other hand, you're a colossal frickwit. So it's difficult involving you in adult conversations, kinda like the retarded kid of a good friend. When Corky interjects to proclaim Kindergarden Cop the greatest movie of all time, we feign interest because we're polite. Not because we expect novel discussion points of merit or even coherent sentences for that matter.

Now that you've said your piece-bless your little heart-you need to take your safety scissors and fat crayons to play with Gumpdyke, Fourthreeforty, Thundercrz, and the other drooling mouthbreathers while the grown-ups talk.

I don't think the calls or plays by Kiffin, Henry, or Coker are the problem. I think the problem are the offensive line. They are not up to par with the talent elsewhere on the team. I don't know if it's talent or coaching or both. 6 games in they allowed our QB to get beat like a rented mule by a team that never gets to the quarterback.

Look no further than the big guys up front.

You are so mad that I assumed you slobbered on that nobber of kiffins. It was just a guess, I had no clue.

And no doubt Kiffin should run the ace or something similar. Nothing wrong with him changing to conform to the Alabama way. He can still coach up the players and be a fun little ball of energy on the sidelines.

Hell, every time we score he jumps up like he did it and not one of our players. Look at me!! Look at me!! I'm jumping up and down because I made that play call!! What a squeeze ho.

Everyone was praising our O-Line last week and now it's being condemned.

I think we have just gotten more conservative with the football because we don't need to score as much. The defense has come into its own and we're going back to how we played the game 5-6 years ago.

Because they played well last against UGA, and played like
garbage against Arkansas.

Maybe, but we are still turning the ball over more than we've ever have.

except we don't have the punishing Oline we had 5-6 years ago.

i dont think so. turning it over too much, yes. but i dont think we are turning it over at an unprecedented rate.

maybe im wrong. you got any stats to back up your claim?

I don't. We are averaging 1.8 turnovers a game, not sure how that compares to other seasons. It just seems like we are turning it over more.

eta: we are averaging two turnovers a game-didn't realize that Bateman has thrown two INTs instead of one.

yeah, it's not good. but to me it seemed worse when our RBs were fumbling the damn ball at the most crucial points in the game.

but nothing compares to the Spencer Pennington days.

We have a TO margin of 0. We've lost 12 turnovers, but we've also gained 12.

This is the second lowest TO margin of the Saban Era (not counting 2007, that year isn't on cfbstats so Idk the number), the lowest was last year.

yeah but i think the margin might be misleading bc we are actually doing a pretty good job of creating turnovers on D

5 in one game will skew the stats pretty quickly. The INTs are bad in my opinion cause none of them were "fluky", bad throws right to a guy.

I'm no offensive genius, but I've seen Henry on toss sweeps and under-center hand-offs where he has momentum when he gets the ball compared to pistol and shotgun hand-offs where he gets the ball while standing still. And there is a huge difference. It's pretty damn obvious.

I feel the same way. I hate to think that we are all seeing something that the coaches aren't-we probably aren't-but shite, I would love to see us go under center more.

For what it's worth: Arkansas's last game vs Bama marked the 5th time this year they held their opponent to its season low. Their dline was very active and dialed in.

Our line looked better against Georgia because Arkansas has a much better defensive line. Arkansas is a very good team.
