Let's take care of lil bro first and then the annual December Bama game in Ga. Then we can start talking the playoffs.

Nobody in this thread will be playing in the game this weekend.

Texas played them physical and bloodied their noses. I like our chances against the Sooners.

Alabama isn't the same team as it was against Ole Miss. Same thing goes for Oklahoma against Texas.

The Buckeye's would've repeat if they had been humble team-players

IF we win out, the road sets up beautifully. Say ND wins out, we'll get them in the 1st rd because the committee doesn't like rematches (ND/Clemson). ND gets in over OU due to a common opponent (Texas). Which leaves Clemson, MSU, or Iowa. We beat any of those soundly IMO. Only Clemson would give us fits, but we've seen Dak, Dobbs, and Kelly which are similar to Watson

I know its all speculative, but I seriously doubt a 1-Loss Notre Dame gets in over a 1-Loss but also Big 12 Champion Oklahoma. It will be an interesting debate for sure, but even with the common opponent, I think the conference championship will win the conversation...

I'm hoping that we look more impressive the next two weeks than Clemson and edge them out for the 1 seed so we get Iowa or MSU first. That's a good match up for us. Then let Clemson and OU knock each other out and take the winner for all the marbles. Prefer not to play Sooners in first round.

I was leaning that way at one point, but with a month to prepare soley for them I like our chances against the Sooners. If we come out flat then there are no excuses.

Bama would smoke Ohio State I think.

Clemson and Oklahoma are much more complete teams and may actually be better than Alabama simply because their offense is much more consistent at the QB position and their defenses are very good as well.

I would like revenge against OSU, but Urban wasn't really obnoxious about it after beating us. Also, they played a great game and were the better team, so I don't really wish ill-will on them.

Oklahoma on the other hand can suck a dick. Stoops and Eric Striker have been obnoxious ever since we last played them. I really want to push their shite in.

I don't think the road to 16 is any easier with OSU no longer being there because I feel like they lost a huge chunk of their offensive effectiveness when Herman left for Houston.
