March Madness is just fun to watch. USC's run reminds me of our 2004 run but better. I'm ready to be good at the basketball again.

me too man...I was getting excited as shite for SC. Like really excited. We beat these guys twice this year. The studs we have coming in are adding a lot of excitement and hopefully more wins next season. I think we can make the tourney.

Well, we're back to the team with the 4th most NCAA Tournament wins without a final four appearance.

Sexton alone should be enough to earn a tourney birth. If Johnson can't make it happen with next year's roster then I think I will be sick.

I expect us to make it, but there are some holes in the roster. It'll be a challenge in a better SEC.

Yes sir. A 6'5" matchup nightmare at guard. If our bigs can just hit the easy ones and rebound we should have a much better offense. Looking forward to it.

All we had to do was make it past Emeka Okafor and UConn and Gottfried would have a plaque in the Coliseum. (he'd still eventually be fired though)

That's another thing that kills me. We've had a rough patch during a down time overall in the SEC (evident by the fact that Anthony Grants teams flirted with SEC title pretty often). We could have owned this league.

If 2016-17 South Carolina had run into 2003-04 Connecticut their season would be over too.

Yeah I hear ya.....my frustration goes all the way back to the Gottfried days tho....
Actually further back than that with Wimp: no coach did less with more than Wimp....
I can remember getting to the tourney was just a given for Bama.

For sure...they had some future NBA stars. I hated we had to fricking play Uconn but they was the best time I've ever had watching some Bama basketball. Winston, Shelton, Davis, Davidson and Pettway. Great times!! We even had a guy with the last name RAMBO. I mean fricking RAMBO guys....great team. That was the same year UAB had a great run and knocked UK out.
