Looks like he was going for the knee.

When did knees start at the waist?

The only people on that play that didnt hear the whistle were all LSU players and the hit was low.

The timing was questionable.

The hit was not. You always aim for the torso. He is a bit low but he is still at the Waist.

I don't think there was anything deliberate. He could have launched much lower if he wanted.

Cheap shot.
Guess Bama fans need to bookmark all of these the next time a conspiracy chatter gets started

Leading with the helmet? I respectfully disagree.

In fairness, the targeting rule has made it tough to play defense.

I'm sure he heard the whistle, but he actually hit Tua's upper leg. The ball rack came when tua fell on delpit's helmet.

I mean, everyone except a couple of LSU guys stopped. They knew what they were doing. It was a dirty play.

Loved when Irv Smith kicked that bitch in the head after he scored on him.

My thoughts exactly. He said he didn’t hear the whistle. Is that a legitimate excuse? Most everyone else heard it. Should have been a penalty.

It was awesome. Did they flag him for that or was it the celebration afterwards?

Pretty sure it was the gestures towards the fans afterwards.

He’s a bad man. Anyone see Joe take a slap to the face after he was sacked on the goal line? Our boys were not fricking around last night.

Asked after the game if he knew that play had been stopped, running back Damien Harris replied that he hadn’t.

“Because it was loud,” he said.

“Very loud,” Tagovailoa added. ’It wasn’t just loud for the very first, second, third, fourth and fifth series. It was loud consistently throughout the whole game until it got to the fourth quarter.”

The way LSU, the LSU football players and Coach O conducted themselves before and during the game I believe really turned Saban and our team off. I'm convinced some real below board shite went on behind the scenes with LSU and the Devin White punishment and the SEC. I say this because of the way the officiating was conducted on Saturday. The officiating was comically one-sided. Les Miles may be a lot of things but I can honestly say I've never heard anyone say Les mistreated them around Baton Rouge and this state. Coach O appears to be of another sort and I think that's largely because he's desperate to keep his job and it may be his overall character that is amiss.

If I remember correctly Les and his daughter Smacker have alluded to Coach O being not too trustworthy.
