I know CAG is a sharp guy; it just doesn't make sense to me.

I really like CAG. And it's wrong of me to say that Bama has bad shooters, when the reality is they don't get good offensive sets to show their abilities. It's probably more appropriate to say Bama is a poor shooting team, instead of saying Bama has a bunch of bricklayers on the team. The reason Bama is a poor shooting team, imho, is coaching.

Not to beat a dead horse, but Bama's team shooting percentages are .439 overall, and .315 for 3-pointers. Bama's two best 3-point shooters are Cooper at .407 and Obasohan at .368

You got me, Retin has 19 attempts on the season(26% shooter before last two games) and Norris was 39+% all year leading into the AU game(0-3).

Dakota Slaughter is the best FT shooter on the team, John Gibson is the best FG shooter

The point is, .439 overall team shooting and .315 team 3-point shooting, are not winning numbers.

Really? Who has disagreed with that? I assume you think I have since you are quoting me. I don't know how I can be more clear on my position, so I'll just drop it.

IMO if you had a shooting contest 3s and FTs, I would put my money on Norris or Levi. Everybody else has terrible form or shoots too flat.

Just Saw this on Twitter:

@EditorEdge: UGA at Bama (8 ET, ESPN2). In 6 yrs under Anthony Grant, Alabama is 11-60 vs the RPI top 50...3-37 in last 3 seasons. That is...not good.
