nah, Nebraska had a better schedule... remember, Miami went undefeated in the Big East and then drubbed an 2001 Nebraska team who had less business in the title game than Notre Dame did in 2012.

They were in the Big East at that time. But your point still stands. When I was editing together 2001 Alabama Highlights, I remember watching some of those halftime shows. A lot of commentators knocked '01 Miami's conference schedule.
Their argument for GOAT is in response to how many players got drafted into the NFL and became super stars. Sure. They were insanely talented. But that doesn't mean they were the best team. 2010 Alabama had 11 first rounders on its roster and still managed to lose 3 games.

01 Miami is one of the most overrated teams of all time. Sure they were an excellent team that was very well rounded. But I absolutely agree that they are seen as GOAT simply based on talent. People who say 01 Miami beats everyone because of their roster is either biased or ignorant

idk, i cant argue much with the 95 neb team, but i think that works both ways, talent wise, 2001 miami was probably the best ever.
