Dude get the cadaver. I tore mine away from both attaching sides my senior year playing football and they couldn't fix it. The dead guy didn't need it anymore.

What is Alabama getting in Ronnie Harrison? 'Special player' and 'terrific young man,' coach says
BIRMINGHAM, Alabama - Florida State University Laboratory School head football coach Jarrod Hickman remembers Ronnie Harrison's desire and ability as a young kid.
Harrison has been at the school since first grade, Hickman said, and he was involved with the football program right away.
"He's been jumping boxes and doing footwork drills with us for a long time," Hickman said. "We let him hang around when he was young, and he's turned out to be a terrific young man."
Tuesday, Harrison made the next big step in his football career when he committed to Alabama, becoming the Crimson Tide's 20th verbal commitment for the 2015 class. Hickman said that Harrison, a safety in college, plans to graduate early and enroll in January.
It was a tough decision for Harrison, who had been committed to North Carolina for a year. He picked Alabama over UNC and LSU at the end of a Tuesday ceremony in Tallahassee.
"Ronnie's a very loyal person," Hickman said. "He felt great about Carolina for a long time and visited a lot of other schools. Alabama offered him a unique opportunity and a special opportunity. They're an established, championship program and I think he felt compelled that this would give him the best opportunity to reach some high goals."
The 6-foot-3, 205-pound Harrison is a 4-star recruit who seems to be climbing up recruiting rankings by the week. He excels at quarterback and in the secondary for Hickman and FSUS.
"He can really spin the football and run it when need be," Hickman said. "Defensively, he plays corner or safety, wherever we need him from week to week, and he does a tremendous job back there."
Harrison's last visit was to LSU's camp, where he ran a 4.46 in the 40-yard dash. His smarts also set him apart. He also had offers from the likes of Florida, Georgia, Michigan State and Notre Dame.
"He's got a chance to be a really, really good player down the road," Hickman said. "He's a very intelligent young man who understands the game and sees the field really well. Because he's played the quarterback position, that really helps him on the defensive side of the ball.
"He's got tremendous athletic ability, tremendous feet, he's a 4.4 kid with size. He's very long and rangy. He covers a lot of ground being long like he is and athletic. He's got a chance to be a special player at the next level and maybe even further than that."
Harrison set his announcement date after his second trip to Alabama on the weekend of July 18-19, but recently came to his decision.
"I really don't think it was until early this week and maybe within the last 24 hours," Hickman said. "He had a chance to visit both schools multiple times. They're both great institutions. I know he went back and forth multiple times, but I don't think he could pass up the great opportunity to play at Alabama."
Harrison's commitment adds to Alabama's nationally top-ranked recruiting class. He's the fifth defensive back in the group, joining safeties Shawn Burgess-Becker (Coconut Creek, Fla.) and Deionte Thompson (Orange, Texas) and cornerbacks Montrell Custis (Hampton, Ga.) and Minkah Fitzpatrick (Jersey City, N.J.).

Alabama has several top prospects committed in its class of 2015, with many ranked within the top five at their position, including Hale Hentges. The four-star tight end returned to Tuscaloosa for two days and spoke to Scout/BamaMag about the experience, his pledge, role in recruiting and much more.
Hale Hentges pledged to Nick Saban and Alabama more than two months ago, but he made his first trip as a committed prospect beginning this weekend. With more of his family at his side, the four-star Jefferson City (Mo.) Helias tight end admits the overnight trip solidified his decision.
Also speaking with several coaches while in Tuscaloosa, Scout's No. 131 overall prospect learned more of his potential role at Alabama, both on and off the field, as well as much more.
Scout/BamaMag caught up with Hentges on Tuesday morning for his thoughts on the unofficial visit, and the entire conversation can be accessed below.

Hyped for Harrison
Hopefully that doesn't push SBB out. He can play more than just Safety. Ultimately losing SBB wouldn't hurt too much, but Ridley following him would sting a bit.
Gonna be a good one. The QB battle after Coker is gone could be something amazing. Sucks that all of these guys won't get time as our starter.

Heard #Bama QB battle is dividing team. Many players support Blake Sims, while Jacob Coker is superior talent
Yeah, I'm sure that is what you've heard. Carvell gonna Carvell.

I can believe that some have their favorites, and some are having a tough time with the idea of a new guy coming in and taking the job from Sims, but ultimately I doubt it's "dividing the team".
They'll get behind whatever decision Coach Saban and Coach Kiffin make.

Carvel is full of sh!t.... Our boys are hungry to prove they are top dogs. If there is a big division as "reported", I say start Bateman and end it right there.

Carvell is the biggest troll in the biz. I'd be lying though if I said I hadn't worried about Coker's arrival dividing the lockerroom. Even if it is true, the coaches still have fall camp to fix it

Sims has been there for 4 years, he has earned the respect of the entire locker room. Coker can't just come in and remove that.

Not by just showing up, but it's not as hard as you are implying if he comes in and works hard to gain that respect while showcasing his alleged and notorious talent. If he does that players will put their confidence in him to be the QB, happens all the time at different universities.

I think this will play out just like it did in 2011, they both will split time the 1st 3 games and Coker will take it by the Florida game.
Posted on 7/30/14 at 7:39 am to MontyFranklyn
It is very likely, but I really hope that is not the case and it is decided at the end of fall camp.
Posted on 7/30/14 at 8:17 am to BamaPanic
I think both play meaningful snaps up until Florida game. Then one becomes the starter for the rest of the season. And it would not suprise me at all if it BS.

I really hope Coker lives up to the hype generated from Jimbo's comments, but the compilation video of all his snaps from last year is just meh. I realize he was in there with second stringers, but I still was expecting more.

Blake might come in and give the offense something that Coker cant (chemistry & zone read). Also, teams might have a more difficult time preparing for Sims. There isn't a whole lot of tape on him other than garbage time, and he only ran about 2-3 different during that. I just think that with the all RB talent there is a chance that Sims can come in and run a dynamic rushing attack.
The key will be, as it most always is, which QB can take care of the football.

Yeah, he just doesnt seem that accurate.
I am of the opinion that we will win with whoever we have back there. I think we have multiple guys that can get it done.
Yeah, the spring game didnt look great, but I think thats more of a testament of a brand new OC, and a nasty defense.

damn straight. that's why we are going to win most of our games. this defense is going to destroy teams. we are gonna have to come up with a nickname for this group.
