Rojas was at the game tonight. I saw him with my own two eyes

Yeah he looked it from where I was sitting, then I've seen a few tweets with people who actually were court side and said he was definitely that tall.

And what is our scholarship situation?

Looking at this site that someone posted a few days ago, we could've had Trevor Lacey, Devonta Pollard, Ricky Tarrant Jr and Nick Jacobs all as seniors this year.

Not unless Jacobs and Lacey redshirted. They were a part of that 2011 class w/ Levi and Coop.

If Grant didn't just rely totally on signing Pollard, he could have added more.

I would have loved to have seen what CAJ could do with Cooper and Levi.

It does however make me mad at Tarrant. He left us to win and Memphis is sitting at 123 in RPI right now. With Ingram down, we could have definitely used Tarrant with how inconsistent Coleman's been, though it does make me wonder if his presence wouldn't have allowed Retin to flourish.

If AJ Jr. is not on scholarship for next year, we have 4 scholarships to give. Key and Davis have signed, Ferguson is committed, so that would leave one spot if no one were to transfer.

This is what screwed Grant in the end. He swung for the fences in recruiting and had a lot of one hoppers to the fence. That's why it cracks me up when people say that before CAJ we didn't even get noticed by these guys. We did, we just never finished, and had zilch backup plans.

I'm a big fan of seeing who our guys are following on twitter to tell how interested they might be in a prospect, and both Pospichal and Pettway follow Rojas. Probably doesn't mean much, but Davis didn't commit until all the coaches were following him

meh, he was a "me first" kind of player in my mind. He wouldn't have made a big enough difference in the number of wins and losses for me to miss him.

Well he did do dumb crap like that Mussa Gaye and Engstrom instead of getting a solid JUCO guy.

Gueye was actually the 4th ranked JUCO guy in the 2011 class. He had great physical tools, but lacked a lot of footwork.

Yeah. He was supposed to be good, but no one really knew because he couldn't stay healthy.
