@DMcDonaldRivals: Four-star wing Tevin Mack just announced his commitment to Texas.

That means that Georgia has a scholarship available for James White. Unless Johnson and Simon did some crazy selling, I imagine he'll end up there.

How do you think we finish off this class? I'm going to guess Eubanks and the Chukwu kid from Providence. Only problem is that that would leave us just 2 scholarships for 2016 (is it wrong that I already consider Austin a force out for next year?)

Getting Chukwu would be awesome but I wonder if Simon would reach out to him? I don't know if that'd be a slap in the face to Cooley. Plus I bet some blue bloods will be going after him because with a redshirt year, he could be a stud when he's eligible to play again.

As for the scholarship number, transfers happen so we'll always have more to offer than what we started the season with. Hopefully we keep improving the talent and force out the weakest link.

I could see the royalty programs being a problem when it comes to Chukwu, but ultimately CAJ will get him to get in on him if he likes the kid, regardless of how Simon feels. Plus it's just business. Unless Simon coerced him into transferring, Cooley would have nothing to be upset over.

That really surprises me. I thought it would be us or Georgia.

Eubanks wasn’t very talkative and only responded to a few text messages but he did text me that the Alabama visit “was good”. I asked him to rate the visit on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being awful and 10 being perfect and he gave the visit an 8.

He also said that he “had a good time with the staff and the people around, it was a good feeling.” He did not play any pick up ball with the current players on the team during the visit.

I hit up the family spokesperson and he also said that the visit went well. He added that “Avery was impressive” and that Eubanks met Nick Saban and had an opportunity to "chop it up with him". The spokesperson also said that the family is discussing things now to determine whether Kobie wants to allow another school or schools to get involved or if he is ready to shut things down and make a decision.

Doesn't sound bad, either. It's encouraging that Saban was involved for a couple of reasons - one of which is that it shows he's helping any way he can, but another reason is since Saban is recruiting his brother they can make the appeal of having both kids play at the same place and show that the coaches really want both.

Judging from that interview and his Twitter, I think he's waiting/hoping for a UK offer.

Considering that happens constantly in our favor in football, it's hard to blame a guy for wanting to go to a to program. Hopefully, you'll see people waiting for a Bama offer before Avery is gone.

It seems like he's waiting for any school but Bama to come into the picture. Sucks

Johnson said we will be adding a player next week. I hope it's not a buildup just for AJ Jr. enrolling.

I sorta feel the same way. Except we're are probably going to be terrible next year. Our roster will be short and not much experience. Though in '16, we might be in great shape with transfers and potential top recruits that Avery seems to be pursuing.

I'm more interested in what Avery is going to do on the recruiting trail.
