It's way to quite for the total shite show that went down last night. That team totally quit last night.

Sorry, but I can't wait until the end of the year for Chizik to leave.

Watch this (mainly the last couple minutes) and you'll be as pissed as me.

We should roll his yard, UGA style. It will be the only thing rolled this year.

Is there a specific date that his buyout would go to 7.5 million?

He made a statement to the media yesterday about in his 27 years of coaching he has never been fired.I believe ESPN commentators mentioned it last night during the game.Well to preserve that record he needs to resign for "Personal Reasons" and get it over with.

If he resigned wouldn't he potentially forfeit the buyout? Don't look for him to resign.

If he was honest, he should negotiate a buyout below whatever his contract is and go find another job.

Just got back from lunch and checking in to see if he's been fired. I will be pissed if an announcement isn't made by next weekend.

It drops each month. I believe by about $200k. The $7.5M is what it will be Dec 1 I believe, so right now it is probably about $8M till Thurs.

But we are paying his salary right now anyway which is over $200k a month so I don't think it really matters. It will just matter when we have to start paying a new coach as well.

Originally was going to wait until seasons end. One issue is who to name as interim. Anyone named might heave been difficult, remember Trooper is assistant head coach

Who would you name as Interim? TJ, Pat Dye?

OK, smart guys, if Chiz were to depart by whatever means now, who would coach the team? Do you honestly think that would be better?

I am not sure how it could be better. All it would do technically is increase the amount of cash Chiz is due by 2-300K

It would be the funniest thing in the history of the program. The gumps would lose their mind if Dye took over.

And if he upset saban holy frick..

Well since no one is coaching them now, I don't see how it could get much worse.

Tre Mason is playing as hard as he can. I said before he is our best player.

I could see no senario where Troopah could be named interim head coach. I think that they would let Chizik finish the year before that would happen.
