Flordia State head coach Jimbo Fisher responded LSU job speculation questions again this week.

Instead of shooting down the topic like he did on Monday, Fisher instead praised Florida State and said he plans "on being here for a long time."

I feel what you're saying but millions of dollars will prolly wash away whatever annoyance he currently feels about it....

Good Jimbo. Good answer. Stay down there and coach in a weaker conference. Its fitting for your attitude

All HC positions are under contract and in the middle of a season. WTF would you expect a person to say???!!!

I wish the media would stop asking coaches about LSU until the end of the season. They are just annoying them. No coach is going to come out and be like "yea I've talked to them and I may go there next year, who knows?"

No kidding right? If Jimbo said that he's lose the team and probably go 0-fer.

I wish Jimbo would just jack with the next guy that asks him and say "I met with LSU yesterday, we came to an agreement, I leave at the end of the week to take over" Then drop the mic and walk out.

The Jimbo LSU ship has sailed. Reporters are just showing their stupidity by asking these questions. No one in their right mind would give a truthful answer.

I apologize for sounding like a douche. But I joked with Jimbo about the LSU job this past summer, he just laughed and said that he loves Louisiana and the people of Louisiana.

Come get me when a coach says "it's an ok gig, not a bad university, I don't know how much longer I want to stay here to be honest."

LSU is a very big job and these questions are going to continue all season long. In reality, it puts LSU in a favorable light in the media as LSU is getting one Hell of a lot of attention and after all the negative publicity I don't mind it one bit.
