Johnson is currently listed on LSU's official roster.

Johnson will help the depth chart at the defensive tackle position with Travonte Valentine and Trey Lealaimatafao no longer on the team.

The Covington, Louisiana native played in two games last season and finished the year with three tackles.

If he plays more than a dozen snaps I will be surprised. I thought he was a reach when we signed him. Hopefully I am wrong but I don't see him helping us much.

This is great. I really had high hopes for MJ, and was surprised when he left.
