I find having a routine schedule and decent diet is the best recipe. Cut out caffeine a few years ago as well. Basically go to bed and get up around the same time consistently throughout the week. Sleep a pretty solid 8 hours per night. Also alcohol is the worst thing for getting good, consisten...
