During last Saturday's ESPN Gameday, College Football analyst David Pollack said that LSU will "lose at least four more games" this season.

Pollack doubled down on his prediction Monday morning during a college football podcast. Per SaturdayDownSouth:
quote:

“I got news for you, and I said this on GameDay Saturday, LSU is going to lose at least four more games,” Pollack said. “This isn’t LSU that we are used to seeing. They are so thin on the defensive line, the offensive line. They just don’t… their recruiting has not been as good as people think it has been in the past. So I think they are going to struggle.”
Whats your prediction for LSU's record at the end of the season?

Why stop at 4? This team is simply not good

Probably correct - I hope we can squeeze in a few SEC wins. This team is just not very experienced and I don't think we'll be able to come back when we get behind. Hope I'm wrong...

Pollack had two chances and blew it, or blew David Green.... he's still mad.

it's possible, but i think we'll squeeze 8 wins out of the season...i hope we don't need a bowl victory for 8 wins.

Florida in Gainesville, Tennessee in Knoxville, AU has a new quarterback and appears reinvigorated, Ala in Tuscaloosa, Troy (possible, Texas A & M (possible), Ole Miss (powerful offense), LSU may reach The Independence Bowl versus Rutgers!

Honestly, right now who knows what direct this team will go in? Everyone was upset when Herbstreit said MSU would beat LSU.

“Has Pollack ever made any type of positive prediction for LSU. It sounds like he wants the Tigers to lose every game they play.” He took the Coates bathroom joke really hard.

It's been 10+ years off "LSU sucks" he bound to be right eventually I guess. Someone remind him Saban stole his title shot too, not just LSU

Damn, does this mean LSU is the new Georgia?

Also, Dave, if you're wondering why ESPN sends you to cover games like JMU instead of some of the bigger game venues, now you know. You're simply not that popular!

Looking at LSU schedule, they would have to ACTIVELY try to throw games to lose 4 more. 4 MORE games!? it seems like all these sport media personalities do it spread shock news in an attempt to get better ratings. Ship Bayliss did it and now everyone is following suit. If LSU wins out, these same so called Media Gurus will be swearing up and down that they knew LSU would be great this year. What's even sadder is that some of you so called Tiger fans will still find something to knit pick about. I'm a true tiger fan. I'm with them when they rise and when they fall. For those of you that aren't all in, don't let the door hit you where the Good Lord split you!

As much as I hate to admit it, I don't think Dave is wrong. This is UNLESS we improve a lot on Offense and get our injured Defensive players back on the field for depth.

Dave, you have wing sauce on your tie.
