Jayden's upside between the ears isn't relatable to JM or LJ IMO

How the hell can you knock JD5 for having elite wrs? You still have to have a person who can throw the ball so they can catch it.

Horrible comparison. Manziel didn’t even read the defense.

This is stupid. I knew Johnny would be a terrible NFL QB. He couldn't throw on schedule or on time. He would wait for time to run out in the pocket and either do scramble drill or take off running. Couldn't throw timing routes unless it was just a blatantly obvious pre-snap. Couldn't get thru progressions fast enough and then relied on his scrambling ability.
JD5 is not that at all. Idiotic comparison. The improvement he has shown in hitting timing routes, getting the ball out fast, and getting thru progressions quickly is way beyond Manziel.

I think Tyrod Taylor is a better comparison than Manziel.

A bit of both.

That's not a good comparison because they both suck.

Yeah, Daniels is definitely Manziel. He's definitely 5'11 and runs around in the backfield all game and heaves a ball up for grabs. He definitely goes out and parties and drinks all the time. This is about the dumbest comparison you could make. Caleb Williams play style, personality, and height is closer to Manziel than anything Daniels is. Thought RJ was better than that. What an extemely idiotic thing to say.

My thoughts exactly. The only thing they have in common is the fact they’re both Heisman winners. Dumb take by that guy.

Hmmm…where have I heard this “anal-ysis before??
Which are we getting: the LSU QB who improved dramatically in his last year, or the QB he was before?
Help me, BDJ.

Putting JD5 in the same sentence at Manziel makes one want to punch this dude in his face.

I got news for y’all. Daniels is not stout enough to take many hits in the NFL like he did college. Few years he will be toast.

Don’t think many would disagree with that however as long as he is healthy I think he has the potential to be an elite NFL QB and it’s still an idiotic comparison to compare him to Manziel

Chicago will have buyer remorse picking Caleb Williams, more so when they see how well Daniels does with Washington. Daniels was so beyond outstanding last year, I expect him to have success in the NFL right away. While Daniels was breaking NCAA records, Williams was struggling. Go luck Chicago ...

Stupid comparison with Manziel dude could care less about improving his pro game, partying and drugs did him in. Jayden just opposite syayed in college to work on his game and become a girdt rounder no drugs or partying involved. Enough said. Jayden will be just as good or better than Lamar because he is only getting better as a passer.

I’m pretty sure Jayden won’t develop a Coke addiction in the NFL and he’s also much more cerebral than Lamar.

And Caleb Williams could be the next Ryan Leaf. No one is a guaranteed all pro QB coming out of college.
