During an appearance on OutKick's

During an appearance on OutKick's "Don't @ Me with Dan Dakich," former PGA Tour member Mark Lye was asked if people in the golf community knew about Woods allegedly using performance-enhancing drugs...[tweet]"Yes, that is," Lye said, via Fox News Digital. "It is except for the people in Tiger’s corner. ‘You better shut up about it.’ Nobody ever gone out like that. Nobody’s ever said that like I’m saying it right now. There’s just no doubt. And I would say about 80 or 90% of the people out there know something ain’t right."[/tweet]

He should be drug tested.

This would have been more believable in 2019 than after one of his worst Masters performances ever. That wreck in 2021 really took a toll on him.

I'm not a golf guy but "pga tour star" feels like a stretch.

At this point I don’t blame a man in his 40s using TRT. So it is what it is at this point.
Just looking at Tiger and his face and body I’m 110% certain he is on them.
Pretty obvious.

Ricky Fowler also out drives a lot of people so I think without any hardcore proof that is a fairly inaccurate statement

He looks like gimpy robot now. He’s hanging around too long. He’s done.

During his prime, I have no doubt he was juicing and it absolutely helped his game. He was bigger, stronger and driving the ball a million miles. With that being said, he's not the only golfer that has used steroids. Some of the players today are suddenly much larger, but you can't blame them. Golfers get great sponsor deals, but that only comes if you can compete at a high level. Many, many talented golfers are now selling insurance or a golf pro at some golf course because they could compete at a high enough level.

He was much longer than everyone when he was a skinny 17 year old, dumb

This. Tiger was bombing it when he looked like a kid.

Of course he is. Probably more for the fact of his many back surgeries, knee issues and complications with his leg. I'd be stunned if he could move on the course without a combo Corticosteroids for inflammation and Anabolic steroids to maintain strength. He's probably doing TRT as well. Hard to fight injuries like his and age without them while trying to perform at a high level.

I wonder how Ben Hogan did what he did after surviving a head on car crash with a passenger bus. His injuries were much worse. Were steroids around back then?

Shooting 82 and 77 at Augusta National is very much “high level” and anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot.

Of course he did, pull up a pic of him in PGA year 5 versus now, Barry Bonds would blush at Tigers transformation

So where would steroids help a golfer? He may hit it further but that's about it, huh? I guess, with a lil juice, he might be able to beat everyone to the next hole...haha.

I would think the biggest benefit is coming back from injury more quickly and I suppose it would help his strength also. If he took them of course, I have no idea if that's true or not

Steroids aren't just for being able to bench press. Recovery from workouts, training, injuries/tweaks, and the physical toll of a full tour are a huge benefit. Less muscle fatigue and faster recovery by the fourth round.

i hear the juice helps with your chipping

Yeah carry a five gallon bucket of juice, pour some on the green, read away. Magic.
