Thats the absolute truth! I remember one time my Brother hitting a 10,000 dollar scratch ticket once. I think every single person he knew had heard about it. He was happy, as he should have been, and I was happy for him. Fast Forward a couple months later. I was going on vacation for a week, his car needed work so I let him borrow mine while I was away. I get back to town and get my car from him. A day or two later, it was really sunny out and I pull down my visor, and like 300 dollars worth of scratch ticket losers fell in my lap. I had no idea how much money he pissed away weekly on those things.
