Houston is hot as hell, even with air conditioning. Can you guys just go down to Galveston for a few days? Or did they get hit as well? The breeze on the coast is the only saving grace for that heat. Stay safe!...

A&M won't win it all either. Even if we are the betting favorite as some here have claimed, it's A&M. We will screw it up. And my statement is more about how terrible the Big 12 is this year ......

I have partners flying into Houston and driving down to Corpus this week. I'm flying into SA, spending time with clients, and doing the same. Hope your power issues get straightened out soon. Lack of AC in Texas kills people What is up with Texas and the power grid?...

I feel the winner will come from the SEC. To me, anyone on that list with 18/1 odds or less has a decent shot. 5/1 on Texas A&M - never thought I would see that in my lifetime....

Like I said, don't know about Bakich. Two and Four aren't obtainable. Tadlock used to be great but has really fallen off. Godwin would be good, but would Texas stretch that far?...

Prager, Ash, and Cortez are consistently good to great pitchers. The rest of the staff is wildly variable on any given day. Cortez has a nasty slider that will get him selected on day one in the MLB draft this year. He probably won't be back....
