I'm actually living in Huntington Beach now, I'd recommend Bear Flag Fish for something easy. The fish is really fresh you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for something a little more sit down and pricey, I'd say check out the Winery in Newport or Javier's in Crystal Cove. You can't go wrong with these.

If you head down to Laguna, The Deck is a solid option. Great views and pretty good food.
