Which is why I said "individual" positions.

So sure, you could make the argument that a guy like Roaf is more valuable than a HoF QB. It would just be laughable

I was speaking about HoF level players......and I bet you knew that already.

You have you opinions, I have mine. Whats wrong ranging the greats by athleticism and over all accomplishments combined? Jim Brown and Jerry Rice as great football players and superior athletes. Both of whom have been said to be the greatest to ever play. Seriously, QB is the exception to the rule in some cases, but the athletic freaks like Lawrence Taylor or Randy Moss that also have the credentials to put themselves in the HoF standout for me.
