How does he end up with them two to begin with? The emperor was looking for a way to live forever. Even in the afterlife.
It was Qui Gon that taught the secrets to Obi Wan and Yoda on the after life etc no? No one taught Anakin this. His body didn't disappear like Yoda Or Obi Wan. Yet he was still pictured chilling with them in the end, after he died.
