I didn't pick up 13 but still play my 2012 dynasty regularly.

Have they made any significant changes to the dynasty?

TIA

Read the Kotaku review from the link on page 1. Pretty much goes over some of the dynasty changes. Recruiting is different since they are now using a point-based system. You can also scout prospects to find gems and avoid busts (like in the 2013 game). You can also earn experience points as a coach, which you can use to unlock skills that give you you recruiting and player advantages.

With dynasty as you've probably noticed already the days of calling are gone. You now get a set number of points per week based on your coaches "skill level". You use those points to scout prospects, offer scholarships, "pitch" to them, and schedule visits. Recruiting is less time consuming in the aspect of actually calling recruits but they have also made it deeper. Recruits now get bonuses automatically if you have a high grade in things they are interested in, bonuses are also given if you schedule recruits to visit together and also depending on who you play that week. There's a lot to write about as far as recruits go; there is an entire tutorial you can watch on the game.

I haven't really looked into coaching carousel. I do know that each coach now has his own stats and stuff so certain coaches are now more prestigious then others. This may fix the offer situation a poster was talking about.

The read option is out of control in online ranked that's all these kids are running now. They don't even mix it in. The two kids I played that ran normal offenses quit at halftime.

Rtg is shite as usual.
